At Linked x Jade&J, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 6-month warranty on all of our jewelry products Warranty Coverage. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults that may arise in the jewelry within six months from the date of purchase. This includes issues such as loose or missing stones form findings, broken jump links, tarnishing on the chain and defective clasps or closures.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, negligence, or any modifications or alterations made to the jewelry by the customer or a third party. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures.

Warranty Claims:If you believe that your jewelry is covered under this warranty, please contact us at 941-499-7606 and provide your name, order number, and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and determine whether it is covered under the terms of this warranty.

If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the jewelry free of charge. If the exact product is no longer available, we will offer a suitable replacement or store credit.

Important Notes: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the jewelry. The warranty does not extend beyond the six-month period from the date of purchase. Any repairs or alterations made to the jewelry by a third party will void this warranty. We recommend that you do not attempt to repair the jewelry yourself, as this may cause further damage.
